Rental Fees are as follows:
  • Large 4-H Exhibit Hall: $250.00
    (includes 25 tables and 210 chairs)
  • Small 4-H Exhibit Hall: $200.00
    (includes 13 tables and 100 chairs)
  • Floral Hall: $200.00
    (includes 25 tables and 200 chairs)
  • 4-H shelter: No charge — donations welcome. Reservations can be requested and are honored on a first-come basis. Usually the 4-H shelter is used with the 4-H exhibit halls. More chairs available on request as well as a 5 foot round table.
  • Beer Cart: An extra charge of $50.00 is assessed if a beer cart is used at your event.
  • A $50.00 deposit is required when requesting rental and will be refunded when the building and grounds are properly cleaned.
General rules and regulations set forth by the Fair board:
  • The person signing the contract is responsible for the welfare of the fairgrounds and the conduct of the people attending your event.
  • Arrangements for the key to the fairgrounds can be made with the Fair President or Fair Secretary. The key is usually available several days ahead of the event. Payment is expected at the time the key is picked up.
  • Full restrooms open on day of event with a porta-potty on the grounds from June 1st through September 30th.
  • Garbage removal is your responsibility. Clean-up needs to be done ASAP if another event is planned the day after yours.
  • Grounds are patrolled by the Clayton County Sheriff's Department.

• Cars, Pickups & Motorcycles - $150

• base price up to 20 feet - $150

• per foot over 20 feet - $10

  • Storage rates are good for the winter season: October 1, 2016 thru June 1, 2017.
  • All items will be checked for damage prior to being placed in storage. Any damage will be noted on the contract.
  • Items put in storage in November will be taken out first. Items stored in September or first of October will be taken out last.
  • Storage pick-up dates in 2017:
    Saturday, April 22 - 8 a.m. to 12 Noon
    Saturday, May 6 - 8 a.m. to 12 Noon
    Saturday, May 20 - 8 a.m. to 12 Noon
    All customers will receive a call or a card stating the day their item(s) may be picked up and the time.
  • All stored boats and vehicles must be removed by June 1.
  • Storage drop-off dates in 2017:
    Saturday, Sept. 30 - 8 a.m. to 12 Noon
    Saturday, Oct. 14 - 8 a.m. to 12 Noon
    Saturday, Oct. 28 - 8 a.m. to 12 Noon
    Saturday, Nov. 11 - 8 a.m. to 12 Noon
