Rental Fees are as follows:- Large 4-H Exhibit Hall: $170.00
(includes 25 tables and and 210 chairs) - Small 4-H Exhibit Hall: $150.00
(includes 13 tables and 100 chairs) - Floral Hall: $200.00
(includes 25 tables and 200 chairs) - 4-H shelter: No charge (donations welcome) Reservations can be requested and are honored on a 1st-come basis. Usually the 4-H shelter is used with the 4-H exhibit halls. More chairs available on request as well as a 5 foot round table.
- Extra charge of $10.00 (to cover electricity costs) if a "beer cart" is used at your event.
- A $50.00 deposit is required when requesting rental and will be refunded when the building and grounds are properly cleaned.
- The person signing the contract is responsible for the welfare of the fairgrounds and the conduct of the people attending your event.
- Arrangements for the key to the fairgrounds can be made with the Fair President or Fair Secretary. The key is usually available several days ahead of the event. Payment is expected at the time the key is picked up.
- Full restrooms open on day of event with a porta-potty on the grounds from June 1st through September 30th.
- Garbage removal is your responsibility. Clean-up needs to be done ASAP if another event is planned the day after yours.
- Grounds are patrolled by the Clayton County Sheriff's Department.

- Storage rates are good for the winter season: October 1, 2010 thru June 1, 2011.
- All stored boats and vehicles must be removed by June 1.
- Storage pick up 8 AM to 12 Noon on the following Saturdays: April 17 and 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29
