Open Class Exhibits

Vegetables in Open Class ExhibitThe Clayton County Fair Board encourages anyone who is interested to exhibit in the Open Class Division at the fair. Many competitive classes are available including all varieties of garden and farm produce, floral exhibits, baked and canned goods, textiles, sewing, hobbies, hand-crafts, antiques and more.


Open class entries may be brought to the fair on Wednesday, August 4 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. or on Thursday, August 5 from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Entries must remain on display until they are released at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 8.


Please see the Open Class Fair Book for a complete list of classes, entry information and entry forms. Use the link below to get an online, downloadable version of the 2010 Open Class Fair Book. We encourage you to print your own copies to help us reduce our printing costs and save the earth's resources. As has been our practice in the past, hard copies of the Open Class Fair Book will be available in local banks and businesses.
