What are the dates for the 2008 Clayton County Fair?
Answer: The 154th Clayton County Fair begins on Tuesday, July 29th, 2008 and concludes on Monday, August 4th, 2008.

How much is admission to the 2008 Calyton County Fair?
Answer: Daily admission to the fair is $10.00. A season pass for the duration of the fair is $20.00. Children UNDER 12 are admitted free. Any questions or concerns should be directed to Fair Treasurer Bob Walke at 563-252-1726.

What is the entertainment for the 2008 Clayton County Fair?
Answer: Thursday, July 31, 2008 will feature Black Diamond at 7:00 PM. Coupe DeVille will return to the CCFair Stage at 8:00 PM on Friday, August 1, 2008. Our Saturday, August 2, 2008 entertainment will be Monument. On Sunday, August 3, 2008 Generations of Rock & Roll will open at 6:00 PM followed by our headliner Jake Owens at 8:00 PM. What does it cost to see the entertainment at the 2008 Clayton County Fair?
Answer: The entertainment at the Clayton County Fair has always been included with your paid admission to the fair. Grandstand seating is free, and there is limited room on the grass for lawn chair seating. There is NO RESERVED SEATING for any concerts at the 2008 fair.

Where is the Clayton County Fair held?/How do I get there?
Answer: The Calyton County Fair is held in the small town of National, Iowa located on Highway 52 in the heart of Clayton County. It is centrallly located between Prairie duChein, WI, Decorah, IA, and Dubuque, IA. National is North of Garnavillo, Iowa and South of Monona, Iowa, and can be found easily on the map below.

Answer: Yes, parking on the fairgrounds is included with the cost of admission to the fair.

Are pets allowed on the fairgrounds?
Answer: Only marked service animals are allowed on the fairgrounds. 4-H pets are allowed for the purposes of showing only and should be taken off the fairgrounds after being shown.

Is there a beer tent at the fairgrounds?
Answer: No, alcohol is not permitted on the fairgrounds. Those caught in possesion of alcohol on the grounds will be asked to leave.

What services are available for the handicappped at the fairgrounds?
Answer: The fairgrounds facility has handicapped parking, bathrooms, and seating for the entertainment. The bathrooms and exhibit halls are wheelchair accessible. Motorized wheelchairs are allowed on the grounds for card-carrying handicapped ONLY!
